This class combines yoga, body-weighted movements, core strength, and athletic stretching techniques. We will lengthen, strengthen, and tone the entire body while moving with the breath and focusing on being present with the mind, body, and soul. This class will improve your overall fitness, increase mobility, flexibility, core strength, and mental clarity. (45 minute class)
