These are group classes that are offered at a community discounted rate of $8/class because we believe sweating together is a great way to bring people together.  All fitness levels are welcome to join.

Six Pack Spin: 

Indoor cycling and core work - the best combo! This is a spin and core combo to burn calories and shred those abs. 

Indoor cycling provides a fun and challenging low impact cardiovascular workout for all fitness levels. This class is a full ride of hills, sprints, and endurance intervals with energizing music and motivational instruction. Experience the benefits of a cardio workout along with endurance and strength building in one class. When the weather allows we bring our ride to the outdoor patio! (60 minutes)


Saturday Strong: 

A strength and HIIT combo so you can take on the weekend!

This is a total body workout that incorporates dumbbells and body weighted movements, cardio and conditioning. It’s is a great way to start a fitness routine or to mix up your current fitness routine. All fitness levels are welcome. (45 minutes)

Booking Policy - Please don't show up unannounced. We'd love to have you! For your benefit, groups are kept small and we like to stay stay organized, please book online up to 12 hours in advance or by calling/texting to possibly squeeze in last minute. 

Cancellation Policy - 12 hours prior. Hopefully you love us so much you don’t want to cancel but we know things comes up.
